All orders will be fulfilled within 24-48 hours and shipped out Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after 3:00pm GMT Friday will be shipped out the following Monday morning. Once fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number. Browlissima is not liable for any issues regarding your shipment once it has been sent off, including lost or damaged packages. Route Package Insurance is available for an additional cost.
